Install chassis for the Creepy Uncle hilt made by Denis Lukyanov. Not intended for any other hilt design.

Chassis is made from three parts. A battery/speaker holder section, a main body section for the soundboard, wire channel for control box wiring, optional OLED screen, and NPXL V3 shortpin connector. Third piece is for the upper grenade section which holds the blade side PCB.

Smallest required wire gauges are mandatory for this build. 30-32AWG wire for switches, speaker, accent LED's and OLED wiring are recommended. 22AWG for battery positive and negative wiring and 28AWG for data line. Please refer to your soundboard manual for proper wiring diagrams for required parts for installation.

Chassis parts list is as follows:

-CFX or Proffie or GoldenHarvestV3 soundboard

-Qty.2 NPXL V3 shortpin connectors, one for main body chassis and second for hilt emitter.

-18650 button top high amp battery

-battery contacts(included with all chassis sales)

-28mm bass speaker

-blade side PCB for grenade section chassis part

-ShtokCustomWorx smaller OD battery/speaker PCB set

Main body chassis is meant to be held in place by M3 set screw, which goes in underneath the control box main screw closest to the pommel, this prevents the main body from moving and stays in place. M3 set screw is included with the chassis.
