Fully installed using Jimmy’s Saber Junk basic install chassis.
Main body chassis is removable, accessible by unscrewing the pommel and sliding out the bottom. The upper chassis section holding the switch, NPXL connector and upper rotary chassis PCB is fixed in the upper section of the hilt.

This is a custom non-canon saber design inspired by many aspects of the original trilogy sabers as well as the new trilogy hilts.
This is an empty DIY saber and does not come fully installed or come with any other electronics or parts not listed here.
The empty saber is 12.5" total in length, and weighs 15 ounces.
Hilt aesthetics features include a polished aluminum finish, anodized matte black sections in the grip and part of the emitter, polished brass in the 'neck' area, a functioning spring loaded control box, next to a Graflex style clamp section and lever.
Other awesome features includes a functional spring loaded bulb socket near the top of the emitter, anodized gunmetal emitter shield, and copper tubing used for both display and for wire passage if using a secondary switch.
Also features a D-ring on the pommel for belt hanging and Graflex style pins.
This hilt fits a 1" blade and up to a 28mm speaker size. Chassis designs can be purchased specifically for this hilt
