Refund policy

Need to return something? Please read the details below:

-Made to order items are not returnable; this includes ANY 3D printed item, or made to order neopixel blade, or any other item sold 'as is'

-Returns are not accepted for used items

-Defective items can be returned for a refund or replacement with proper documentation of the defective item and/or issues

-Returns are accepted on new items with a 10% restocking fee of the purchased item, plus return shipping fees and the shipping fee of the original order, with the remaining balance available as a store credit.

-Customers are responsible for return shipping cost on item returns; return labels can be provided by Saberbay to use for item returns

-Returned items must be in the original condition they were received upon return; items returned in poor condition for any reason may be subject to additional charges or the cancelation of the return request

-Order cancellations can be requested if the order has not been fulfilled and processed

-Order cancellations are subject to a processing fee of the type of payment method used at checkout; processing fees vary by payment type

-Made to order items can not be cancelled if they have already begun processing, such as 3D printed items or made to order blades

-Payment refunds are sent to the original payment used for the order, and the amount of time it takes for the payment to be sent back can vary based on the payment type
