Shipping policy


Please note that all intended timeframes listed here are subject to change and there can always be exceptions, they are not the definite rule.
Also please understand that by choosing a faster shipping option at checkout has no impact on the processing time of your order. Processing and shipping times are two completely different things.

Shipping days are usually not every day of the week, I will ship out orders usually on Mondays and Fridays at the least and often times a day or two in between the week. I do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Also here is a brief rundown on typical order processing and various item lead times. Please note this is for order fulfillment only and not a reflection of actual shipping times.

'Ready to Ship' items include:
-install parts
-empty hilts
-anything that is specifically labeled 'Ready to Ship'

These items do not take much time to process and can usually go out the same day if ordered before 4PM PST.
With the new shipping schedule, if you place an order after 4PM on a Monday, or any other time the following day on Tuesday, the earliest it would be able to ship out is the following Wednesday.

'Made to Order' items include:
-Neopixel blades
-3D printed items(chassis, stands, accessories)
-any custom add ons to 'Ready to Ship' items(weathering, etc.)

These items can take anywhere from 1-5 business days on average depending on the number of items and number of orders already in the queue. Some items may be able to ship the same business day if ordered early enough, but not guaranteed.
Any orders that combine 'Made to Order' items as well as 'Ready to Ship' items will automatically be considered in this general fulfillment time frame.

In addition, any orders placed over the weekend(after 4PM PST on Friday through Sunday), will not go out until the earliest the following Monday.

International orders still have the same processing times applied, however shipping options also include DHL Express, which is labeled as 'Worldwide' on the website.


Tracking information will be sent for your order via your method of contact chosen upon checkout. Shipping estimates are provided as an estimate. This is not a guarantee that your package will arrive in the estimated time given. We are subject to the real time shipping speed of the postal service.

All items are packed to ensure safe traveling within the postal service. 

We are not liable for any damages due to mishandling by the postal service. Damaged items in transit due to mishandling of the carrier will be handling via insurance claim. Depending on the severity of the damage, some insurance claims will not be granted a refund. We can not be responsible for the decision to approve or not approve insurance claims within the postal service.

For missing packages or longer than usual delivery times, there must be a 30 day time window to have passed in order to file a missing package claim. 

Products are delivered to the shipping address on file for the order. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct upon ordering. We do not edit or alter your shipping address after placing your order. Product deliveries to the wrong address are the responsibility of the buyer to contact their local post office if wrong address is provided on the order.

For international customers:

Same policies as above. We are also not liable for any customs delays that your country may impose on inbound imports. Items may be subject to customs fees and import taxes, which can vary depending on location. Unfortunately we can not control any customs policies enforced by your country when receiving imported products.
