1" custom blade plugs for standard or neopixel sabers. Available in silver and gold finish options, as well as a standard nonlit version for baselit inhilt LED sabers and neopixel version for neopixel setups. Blade plug measures 25.4mm in outer diameter with an inner diameter of 21mm. The height of the standard plug is 51mm(not including the stem height), and the neopixel version is 56mm tall. Neopixel versions will include the standard plug with a NPXL Blade Side PCB LED connector with a 3D printed holder.
Designed and produced by Saberbay, this is Petro’s hilt based off the character from the Clone Wars series. Available as an empty hilt, with or without an install parts package, which will include all parts and chassis necessary to do your own install. We are not offering install services at this time. Install packages with soundboards included are limited at this time. If soundboard included install packages are not available, we have install packages without soundboards available in another listing. You will need to source your own soundboard.
Hilt kit is broken down into multiple parts and will arrive mostly assembled for you. See listing pictures for example of all parts. Hilt takes a 1” blade in the emitter Grips can be added on with or without a grip guide(sold separately). Grip pieces and clamp cards will come with strong double sided adhesive to apply to hilt control box and grip section.

12mm knurled switch actuators for 12mm AV switch holes. Available in red, gold, copper, and black. This is only for switch actuation or to be used as a plunger to press down onto your own tactile switch underneath, there is no switch built into these.
The smaller section is 11.9mm to easily fit into most common switch holes, and the knurled section is just under 14mm.

All blades come with a standard length of 36", for CUSTOM LENGTHS THAT ARE SHORTER THAN 36", PLEASE MAKE A NOTE IN YOUR ORDER FOR THE DESIRED LENGTH.
For 1" blades, outer diameter is 25.3mm outer diameter with 2mm wall thickness for thin walled, and 3mm wall thickness for thick walled. 7/8" blades have outer diameter of 22.8mm outer diameter with a 2mm wall thickness.
All blades have threaded male tips with matching female threads at the top of the blade. These are not compatible with other blade materials.
Diffusion foam has been custom made to fit the BTF Lighting led strips, other led strips may require some trimming to fit inside. You can also trim your strips and add cellophane or packing tape to add more diffusion.
Note that all lit blade product pictures are taken in a well lit room during the day, for example of overall brightness.1" Neopixel blade made using KR Sabers V2 rigid strips.
These are the only neopixel strips on the market made specifically for neopixel sabers. These blade are intended primarily for show purposes, and are not covered by a dueling warranty or any other misuse of the product.
Please note that is for the blade only, no other parts, electronics or lightsaber is included. Please make sure before purchasing that you have a neopixel compatible saber that can use a 1" sized blade.
Comes in two lengths only, 32.5" and 35.5" Led count for the 32.5" length is 122 pixels, led count for the 35.5" length is 132 pixels.
You can opt for either a sanded blade finish, or a non sanded glossy blade finish. Neither finish impacts the overall performance or function of the blade. Due to various lightsaber emitter sizes, some sanding of your blade may be required at the base for a snug fit. If your blade does not fit into your blade emitter, you can sand the base using some of the techniques in this video link below.
Blade is constructed using KR Sabers V2 strips, 1" trans white thin walled diffused blade material, diffusion foam, threaded blade tip, 3D printed custom blade side PCB holder, and blade side PCB from TCSS. Resistor is built into the blade so no extra resistor is necessary. All blade wiring uses 22AWG high temp PTFE wire.

This holder is Mag Connect compatible. Magnets are sold separately here and graciously provided to us by The Saber Armory.
Please note, the magnets are a snug fit but hey will still need be glued in so the strong force of the magnets does not pull them out when they are near each other. We recommend a low viscosity glue for this. Be careful when doing this as the magnets are fragile.
Also, it is important to note that due to the tolerances, be sure to check the fitting of the holder inside the hilt before the magnets have been put it and after. Adding the magnets may expand the holder slightly making in a tighter fit. If this is the case lightly sanding the outside of the magnets using a sanding drum or sandpaper to reduce the outer diameter slightly is recommend. This will stop the holder from expanding after installing the magnets. The PCB is press fit but it is recommended to hot glue the back end of the holder to secure. There are 2 small holes in case you want to drill and tap and use screws to secure the PCB.

These are not compatible with 7/8″ versions for holding the NPXL hilt and blade side.
This helps keeping the connection between the hilt and blade side pcb's.

Note that the magnets will need to be secured using a superglue or equivalent to the holder.
Install chassis for 89Sabers OWK1 TPM hilt. 3D printed chassis comes in two parts. Top half holds the following parts: -NPVL V3 Long pin connector -NPVL V3 lens cover *older style* -brass tactile switches 1.5mm height -flat side PCB Rotary Chassis PCB set In order to install top half of chassis, silver plate must be removed from inside of the hilt first. Top half needs to be fully pressed all the way up and switch channels lined up with switch plunger holes. Always test fit your chassis before installing to ensure proper fitment and alignment of tactile switches.
Bottom half of chassis can hold the following parts: -Soundboard option chosen(CFX, Proffie, GHV3) -pin side PCB of Rotary Chassis PCB set -OLED screen(optional) -removable 18650 battery -battery contacts(provided with chassis) -22mm speaker (KR Sabers or Veco)

Chassis retention is required using one of the M3 screw holes underneath the clamp card area. M3 screw provided with the chassis kit. This is very important to use for proper function of the chassis especially to make sure the switch plungers line up properly.
Available as a standalone chassis option, which includes main body chassis, thin neck adapter part, and low profile emitter PCB emitter.
Also available as a full parts package, with or without a soundboard. Parts packages will include the choice of soundboard(if soundboard included option is selected), and all other install parts mentioned above.

These are designed and manufactured by ShtokCustomWorx with the idea of using it as a way to have a removable chassis system. So one chassis could eithe rbe used for multiple hilts or be removable.
It is a DIY item and designers will be using these in the future for their chassis designs. You can also design your own.

This is a great recharge port for builds where space is tight. Accepts a 1.3mm barrel plug for charging.( may require an adapter for most chargers) This is recommended by Shtokcustomworx for high amperage builds like NEO PIXEL
USB Type C port for data transfer and also charging with an additional TC4056 charging module. Please not this is a TYPE C port and will not be compatible with non TYPE C plugs.
Please refer to the attached wiring diagram for suggested wiring when wiring to your soundboard, for both data transfer only and also for using the port also as a charger. The wiring diagram refers to a Proffie board can same schematic can be applied to different boards.
Two piece pogo speaker connector set from ShtokCustomWorx This is the V2 version which is used for tighter space builds. You will need to remove the excess material around the flat PCB as well as carefully cut the two pogo pins down the middle. Flat PCB needs to be secured to the back of your 28mm speaker as shown in the picture. This is only intended for 28mm bass speakers.
