Basic install chassis designed for the ELF Sabers Baylon Skoll saber design, this is not designed for any other version of the saber.
3D printed in a single removable piece, more color options are available, example photos are just used for sample pictures and does not come fully installed with electronics.
This design features a J-lock retention method that utilizes the gold/brass screws located on the sides of the hilt. This allows the chassis to twist, push in(or out), and then twist again until it stops in the correctly aligned position.
The direction of the J-lock path prevents any misalignment when putting the grip back on after insertion.
It is recommended to lightly sand the outside of the 28mm speaker used for install to prevent any unwanted friction on the inside of the pommel section, as the inner diameter is slightly smaller than 28mm.
I also recommend testing the J-lock a few times before install to help clear any extra filament from the passageways and ensure a good fit. If your screws are a bit loose simply retighten them with the provided allen wrench that comes with the saber kit.
