Our own Saberbay Veco 22mm high bass speaker. Rated for 4ohm/3W. Speakers are approximately 8mm tall.
These make great speakers for small space builds and can rival even larger speaker when used properly in an acoustic friendly install setting. Speakers do not have polarity, but one wire is required on each side for proper wiring.
SaberbayBlade SHOTO 1" Trans White Neopixel Blade Combat Rated
BUYER DISCRETION: This product uses ShtokCustomWorx blade side PCB connectors. While the blade side PCB is a fantastic product, it is not compatible with certain LGT/SaberStudio sabers that use their own SaberStudio hilt side neopixel pin connector. Some of their connectors use two separate pins for the data line, which will not line up with the blade side PCB used on this product. You will either need to upgrade your saber with a compatible connector, such as the NPXL V3, or use it with a saber that utilizes a different neopixel hilt side connector.
1" Neopixel Blades for lightsabers installed with neopixel ready boards. This is for the blade only, no saber or other electronics is included.
Blades are made using BTF Lighting WS2812 LED strips, available in different length options shown. LED strips are dual diffused within the foam or even lighting throughout the blade. All blades will come sanded.
Blades come with a 30 day standard warranty against normal combat use, and are rated for dueling. Blade materials such as blade tips, tubes, PCB holders may be damaged if hit hard enough. Warranties cover the LED strips themselves.
Blade material is 25.3mm in outer diameter with a wall thickness of 2mm.
All blades have threaded male tips with matching female threads at the top of the blade. These are not compatible with other blade materials.
3D printed grip guide for our Petro hilt. Easily slides over grip section of the hilt to help evenly space out the 4 grips that come with the hilt.
The guide will stop itself in the correct spot to also space out the grips to be centered on the grip section.
Fully removable install chassis designed for hilts with at least a 1" inner diameter, or 1.1" inner diameter for the grip section.
This is a DIY kit. All assembly and installation is the responsibility of the end user. Please refer to your soundboard's manual for proper wiring diagrams and applications.

Please read all instructions and details about this product below before purchasing. These chassis products are made to order and not eligible for returns or replacements due to wrong products or sizes being ordered that may or may not fit your saber hilt.
At least a 1" inner diameter all the way through. Thin neck sabers or sabers that narrow to a less than 1" inner diameter will not work. Your hilt must also be able to use some kind of switch plunger or actuator to press down onto the tactile switch PCB's built into the chassis. There are several switch plunger or actuator options here on the page, or you can use your own or another third party. Also requires a retention screw somewhere in the general vicinity above the switch area. This is used for chassis retention and proper alignment. Most hilts will have one for the heatsink or neopixel holder but if you do not have one, you can always drill and tap your own.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AND PARTS INCLUDED:
Total chassis length is 7 5/16" in length. Please ensure you have adequate space for the chassis in your hilt. This length does not include the speaker.
1" chassis version is 1" in outer diameter all the way throughout the chassis. 1.1" chassis version is 1.1" in the speaker area only, the rest of the chassis is 1".
Empty Chassis Kit Only will include the 3D printed chassis part in black PLA+ filament, battery contacts, and a set of two SCW Tactile Switch PCB's. Please make sure to choose the soundboard option required for the install. (CFX, Proffie, GoldenHarvestV3).
DIY Parts Kit w/o Soundboard will include the empty chassis, battery contacts, SCW Tactile Switch PCB's, KeepPower 18650 3000mah 15A battery, NPXL V3 unassembled short pin connector, and proper speaker based on the size of the chassis option. 1.1" chassis will include a KR Sabers 28mm 4ohm/3W bass speaker, and 1" chassis will include a Veco 22mm 4ohm/3W bass speaker.
DIY Parts Kit w/ Soundboard will include all parts listed above in addition to the soundboard required for install. All boards will include SD cards, CFX and Proffie boards will need to be programmed, GoldenHarvestV3 boards will come preprogrammed for neopixel.
