KR Sabers Knight OWK2 Install Chassis

Please read all information in this listing prior to purchase.
This is a basic install chassis designed for the KR Sabers Knight OWK2 model, released this year in 2023. This is not designed or compatible with any other hilt design other than the hilt mentioned here.

3D printed in two pieces. This uses a removable battery and speaker pod attachment that slides in through the pommel when fully installed.
The upper half of the chassis will hold the soundboard, tactile switches, and neopixel connector.
Instructions for chassis assembly and proper use in your hilt:
-The upper half, after installation, must be inserted from the inside of the grip, and pushed up. There are channels which align with the switch actuators to guide the chassis in place.
-The silver inner grip piece must be removed prior to inserting the upper chassis piece.
-The upper chassis must be held in place by the outer set screw on the lower part of the emitter of the hilt. Make sure you have adequate tactile switch feedback before final assembly, some adjustment may be required
-Minor modification is required to the speaker to fit properly with the pommel fully threaded in. Simply sand the outer edges of the top of the speaker, being careful not to sand any of the inner speaker itself.

Board access is accessible through the USB port, but can be fully removed if SD card access is required.

-high amp killswitch (optional)
-ShtokCustomWorx SMALLER VERSION Power/Speaker PCB set (make sure it's the 17.5mm size)

Please note that CFX soundboards include SD cards but are not programmed. Proffie boards are not programmed and GHV3 boards are preprogrammed. Post installation and programming are the responsibility of the installer.
