A custom mashup of Fallen Order inspired hilts using combinations of Graflex and Kestis hilt parts, made by 89Sabers.
Each option includes a blade plug.
Hilts can be setup for two button configurations, emitter size takes 1" blades.
Please note that empty hilts (no electronics) are intended as DIY projects and will require some user assembly for display and/or install purposes. Each hilt will include other accessories such as retention screws, allen wrenches, and tactile switch PCB's.
'Reserve' order option is for customers wanting to reserve a hilt order if there are no in stock options available for purchase. Reserve orders will ship directly from 89Sabers, longer lead times should be expected.
In terms of product, landing a 4 for its sleek, well designed, balanced mashup taking elements between the Fallen Order and Graflex. Feels sturdy, and robust, with a hilt grip that bites. It’s machined well, threading is on point. Although emitter bunny ears have to be adjusted since the screw holding the internal ring prevents the blade plug from being inserted.
Unfortunately however, docking a star because I received the white accent version of this hilt rather than the black accent version shown in the photos. 89sabers offers the two variants; however nowhere on Saberbay does it indicate which version you’re actually purchasing, therefore I simply relied on the photos. Though I’m still satisfied with the purchase, I really preferred the black accent version, but did not want to hassle with the return exchange process. Understood though that Saberbay is operated by a single individual, so much respect for that, and chalk this up as an honest mistake. All in all, satisfied.
