DIY Kit for making your own trans white neopixel blade. Please read all information in the listing before purchasing. There are 3 different buying options for blade kits. These are available in 1" thin walled, 1" thick walled, and 7/8" thin walled sizes.
Option 1 includes- Trans white blade, diffusion foam, and threaded blade tip. 1” Thin Walled Blades will also include diffusion film
Option 2 includes- Trans white blade, diffusion foam, threaded blade tip, 3D printed blade side PCB holder, and ShtokCustomWorx blade side PCB with 330ohm SMD resistor
Option 3 includes- Trans white blade, diffusion foam, threaded blade tip, 3D printed blade side PCB holder, ShtokCustomWorx blade side PCB with 330ohm SMD resistor, and two BTF Lighting WS2812B LED strips(each strip contains 144 leds)
Please note that this is a DIY kit and blades are not fully assembled. You are responsible for making your own blade.
All blades come with a standard length of 36", for CUSTOM LENGTHS THAT ARE SHORTER THAN 36", PLEASE MAKE A NOTE IN YOUR ORDER FOR THE DESIRED LENGTH.
For 1" blades, outer diameter is 25.3mm outer diameter with 2mm wall thickness for thin walled, and 3mm wall thickness for thick walled. 7/8" blades have outer diameter of 22.8mm outer diameter with a 2mm wall thickness.
1” Thin Walled blades have standard non threaded tips for optimal light diffusion, these require E6000 or other similar adhesives to be properly secured after installation.
1” Thick Walled and 7/8” blades have threaded male tips with matching female threads at the top of the blade. These are not compatible with other blade materials.
Diffusion foam has been custom made to fit the BTF Lighting led strips, other led strips may require some trimming to fit inside. You can also trim your strips and add cellophane or packing tape to add more diffusion.
