This is the custom design from the designer of the Temperance hilt (Joey Mulligan) for the metal crystal chamber add on. This chamber is metal printed using the same high quality methods as seen on various master chassis designs from Shapeways/Goth3Designs
The current listing price as of 4/18 is a group buy preorder price, to help keep costs down. Once the group buy period is over, the price will be higher.
Each metal chamber part will be ordered through Goth3Designs' metal parts provider, and will be a high quality premium add on. Please expect a general lead time of 6-8 weeks after the order is placed with the production.
The chamber is made from solid brass material and will have a polished finish. It is secured into the upper switch section of the hilt using a threaded rod connection that is tailored specifically for the hilt design.
Included with the metal chamber purchase will be all required threaded rods and a 3D printed lower chassis half for holding the rest of the electronics.
