Gearing up for the Master Sentinel V2!

Gearing up for the Master Sentinel V2!

Coming to Saberbay, the next iteration of the Master Sentinel, the V2 version!
The original Master Sentinel was a custom unique design that started out as a commissioned art piece by Sxeven.art, known for amazing designs not just in the saber world, but for the OG Sentinel quickly became a fan favorite in the DIY saber community.

The final machined version was first made and introduced by Russell Mitchem of Wade Sabers, who then decided to make an official run of the amazing design.
I had the special privilege a couple of years ago to help with the production of the run with Wade Sabers and the run was quite the success.
I knew that after the run had sold out, based on the incredible amount of variation and customization of the design, that we had to do a second, with new and improved upgrades from the first.
So I contacted long time established designer Gustavo Canales of Laredo Sabers for the task and sent him a model to sample.
After a lengthy personal wish list, from myself as well as from Russell stemming from personal requests and somewhat necessary engineering requirements, the model for the V2 was in the works, and some time later, I had the first prototypes in hand!
The V2 model now exhibits several cosmetic changes from the first run, including interchangeable grip sections to offer even more customization, vented emitter windows for extra blade shine through, an elongated overall length to accommodate a two handed grip, a relocated switch design that now adds a functional spring loaded clamp card, shine through bezels on opposite sides of the emitter for custom blinkies, and mid section slot cutouts for potential crystal chamber shine through options.
The new model still retains much of it's original layered shroud design, leaving the door wide open for a myriad of customization potential.
Powdercoating, weathering, etching, and so much more will be at the customer's disposal upon release.
Hilt run production is slated to start early February with an estimated lead time of 2-3 months from the shop.
Chassis designs will be available for DIY'ers wishing to do their own installation.
Custom box designs from Christian Cruz to accompany the full hilt package, which will comprise of the empty hilt in a standard polished aluminum finish, and the swappable grip sections to make the hilt your own. Each hilt will also include the standard accessories such as retention screw wrenches and 1" blade plugs.

Price point target will be in the $200-250 range
