3D printed install chassis design for the Survivor hilt, not compatible with any other hilt design. This chassis design is made of a total of up to 7 printed parts:
1. Emitter PCB holder
2. Upper chassis part (for Twist and Click retention)
3. Main body
4. Twist and Click speaker pod
5. Twist and Click blanking cap
6. Threaded spindle for quick disconnect speaker connection
7. Speaker holder for quick disconnect section
This chassis can be used to incorporate sound venting through the bottom most part of the quick disconnect attachment when used with the Survivor hilt and/or crossguard variation.
The Twist and Click speaker pod can be used independently with the main body for standard use, and swapped with the blanking cap when using the quick disconnect to relocate the sound venting through the bottom of the quick disconnect.
Please note that the threaded spindle piece will thread into the speaker holder and should not be overtightened.
